Deposit Payment
- A deposit of 20% of the total amount is required to confirm a safari. This can be sent to our bank account via wire transfer or by credit card through our online payment platform.
- The balance of 80% is to be settled same way 1 week to start of safari or cash upon arrival.
Notes:
- Credit card payments attract an extra fee of 4%
- All payments to ‘Africa Tours and Holidays’ are in USD
Cancellation policy
- Confirmation date – 60 days to safari – 0% of deposit is forfeited
- 30 – 20 Days to Safari – 10% of deposit + bank charges is forfeited
- 19 – 15 Days to Safari: 50% of deposit is forfeited
- 15 – 8 Days to Safari: 75% of deposit is forfeited
- 7 – 0 Days to Safari: 100% of deposit is forfeited
